I am a qualified teacher and have completed a master’s degree in civil engineering. I have experience in developing and delivering training packages in a variety of settings. I established my own company to provide an independent service that delivers quality training and support on a range of issues affecting mental and emotional wellbeing.
I qualified as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor in 2016. I am able to deliver 2 day, 1 day and 1/2 day versions of the course. I work with the National Trainers delivering sessions surrounding the Impact of Social Media on Mental Health. This includes Internet Safety, a look into Cyberbullying and Safeguarding.
